職責 Responsibilities

• 創造能清楚傳達價值的設計。

• 與各團隊密切合作，發展設計概念、製作設計素材、配合招募活動、設計 UI、廣告等數位視覺設計。

• 提出具創意的概念、設計/維護公司品牌識別以及製作宣傳品。

• Create designs that clearly communicate product value to new and existing users and businesses.

• Work closely with the Product, and Design teams to develop design concepts, design assets, campaigns for job fairs, website and app visual designs, app screenshot, and ad promotion.

• Present creative concepts/design, create company brand content, execute marketing and company promotion materials.

• Assist with other visual design team tasks.

必備 Requirement

• 熟悉 Illustrator、Photoshop 或其他設計繪圖工具。

• 擅長排版、插畫。

• 獨立作業能力。

• 注重細節。

• 對任何事物都保持著好奇心、渴望學習。

• A portfolio that demonstrates detail-oriented design. (Won’t be considered without a portfolio.)

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or eventually experience.

• Familiar with Illustrator, Photoshop or any other design software.

• A solid foundation in typography, photography and illustration.

• Capability of creating thoughtful concepts and executing from inception to completion.

• Extreme attention to detail.

加分 Bonus Point

• 擁有社群平台經營、執行設計經驗。

• 擁有動畫設計、使用動畫工具經驗，如 After Effects。

• 優秀的攝影能力。

• 曾有過資訊/資料視覺化經驗

• Great knowledge of social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram.

• Experience with After Effect.

• Having a sense of photography is a plus.

• Familiar with Data/Infomation Visualization.
