職責 Responsibilities
制定團隊/團員發展規劃、安排工作任務、確保產出品質以及執行 UX 策略。
跨團隊資源協調、溝通與合作,確保公司目標順利達成。
定義問題、引導發想討論、善用研究方法和工具推導解決方案。
建立良好、積極與樂於分享的團隊文化。
建立團隊在公司中的價值、傳遞設計理念與輔助公司決策。
Ensures the execution of the design strategy, priorities, and roadmap are executed within timelines and to design quality standards.
Coordinates design work across multiple working positions to coordinate designers and design allocation across teams - extension, mobile, brand design, external teams.
Work closely with product and engineer managers to estimate and allocate designers time on projects and monitor status and completion.
Identify the right problems to solve, prioritize and delegate work and help designers improve.
Defines and builds a strong design culture and facilitates design rituals and team building experiences.
Articulates and evangelizes design values across team and organization.
必備 Requirement
在資訊產品或資訊服務從事 5 年以上設計,並且擁有從 0 到 1 經驗。
擁有 2 年以上管理團隊經驗。
曾經從事大數據/AI 產業或對其有強烈興趣。
良好的溝通技巧、衝突解決能力、合作協調能力以及領導能力。
對任何事物都保持著好奇心、渴望學習。
5+ years of experience designing digital products/services, developing and designing products from 0-1.
2+ years of experience with managing a team of designers.
Interested in or have experience with big data/AI solutions.
Great communication skills, strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Open minded, eager to learn.

曾經執行 DesignOPS 經驗。
熟悉 OKR/OGSM 等績效評定方式。
對於無障礙 AA 級有初步/充分認識。
曾有過資訊/資料視覺化設計經驗。
Experience in managing DesignOps.
Familiar with OKR management tools.
Familiar with Accessibility.
Familiar with Data/Infomation Visualization.
